Policies

TUITION 

Tuition is billed on a monthly basis and everyone is required to enroll in automatic billing. Students can enroll and start classes at any time during the month. Tuition will be prorated based on the start date. We operate on perpetual enrollment basis; meaning, provided you pay your tuition on time via credit or debit card auto draft, your child automatically remains registered for his/her class. There is no need to re-register each month. Balances are added to accounts around the 25th of the month, you can log onto your account and pay the balance using the card of your choice if you chose to do so. 

Tuition is due on the 1st of each month via auto draft of a credit/debit card on file.  If payment is declined you have until the 5th of the month to pay your balance before your child will be dropped from the class.

BILLING AND PAYMENTS

Upon joining you will be asked to confirm which credit card you want to use for automatic billing. Your payment will be automatically charged to the credit card on file on the 1st of each month until you cancel. 

 
CANCELING CLASS 

To drop your class you must EMAIL lauracarygym@gmail.com or michellecarygym@gmail.com requesting to cancel. Please make sure you receive a follow up email confirming your class has been dropped. 
All Class drops must be done by the 25th of the month in order to stop payment for the draft on the 1st.
THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO DROP YOUR CLASS! We do NOT take phone calls or messages for class drops.  
WE WILL NOT PROVIDE CREDITS OR REFUNDS

CLASS MAKEUPS 

Make-up tokens are only provided if a class is canceled by Cary Gymnastics.  
If your child misses a class, we do not guarantee a make-up class will be available.  
We do our best to accommodate missed classes, but we can't guarantee them.  Please refer to the parent portal to see what classes are open.  
If there is a waitlist noted that class is full and will not accept make-ups.  
Each student is allowed one make-up class per month. 
All make-ups need to be completed within the month they are missed. 
A student must be actively enrolled in a class to be eligible for a make-up. 

Once you have determined if there is a class that will work, email lauracarygym@gmail.com to schedule your make-up.
