Let us help you celebrate a great party with a variety of options for each age group.  Some activities include; instructor lead activities through obstacle courses, balance beam noodle battles, races into the loose foam pit, cube dodge ball, hide and seek, and open free play.  All activities are supervised. 

To hold your spot, you must have a signed contract with a $50 non-refundable deposit. All children must have a signed waiver card to participate.  Parties are held on Saturdays at 12:30PM or 2:45PM.

Parties run an hour and fifteen minutes in the gym and 30 minutes in the party room.

1 hour of the chosen activity. 15 minutes of free play and 30 minutes in the party area.  
 
$250 for 12 children or less

$8 each additional child up to 20

$5 each additional child after 20 children

PARTY PACKAGE

Your party package includes the use of our facility, equipment, table, chairs, access to our refrigerator and staff assistance.   All other food/beverages, paper goods and decorations are not provided.  Decorations can be brought in and set-up 15 min. prior to your party.  If you would like to bring in food, we ask that it stays in the party room only.  If you are having food delivered, we recommend that you have them deliver it 45 minutes into the party.  For instance, a party that starts at 1:00pm would have their food delivered at 1:45 pm.  There are a variety of food establishments in the area.


SCHEDULING A PARTY

Since it is a first come first serve basis, we can only guarantee a party date when we receive a contract and deposit.  To begin your reservation, you will need to visit our website www.carygymnastics.com.  Print off and fill out our Birthday Party Contract and Waiver.  When filling out your contract, please list the maximum number of kids that will be attending your party.  Once that number is given, we will not be able to accommodate any head count greater then what you list due to staffing requirements. 

Once the contract is filled out, you can drop it off in the office with a non-refundable deposit of $50.  Please place it in the white secured drop box to the right of the office window. Once your contract is received, an email will be sent to confirm that your party has been reserved. Please note: your party is not scheduled until you receive this email.  Each child will need a waiver filled out prior to participating, so we ask that you include them in your invitations.  A final headcount needs to be received at least ONE WEEK prior to your event.  The remaining balance of your party will be due on the day of your event.  Visa, Master Card, Cash or Check is accepted.  Gratuity is not included and not required, but it is very much appreciated. 
A final head count is due the Monday before your party. You have up until 48 hours before your party to make any necessary changes.  After that, no changes to your contract will be accepted, and you will be billed for the final headcount given.
